This organization was started to assist in addressing the needs of the community with funding and support obtained from grants, donations and sponsors. We seek to engage with the residents and visitors, develop the City; its programs, its arts and culture, and its business community. We also want to support the growth of the residents, both personal and business, and of course, educate our residents on various matters that would impact their lives, such as health, finance and sustainability.

95% of the funding received by E.D.G.E. is used for programs that benefit children, senior citizens, families and local businesses.

Since its formation, E.D.G.E. has used donation proceeds to carry out programs such as the Miramar Technology Training Access program, the Cultural Start program, and the Miramar Cultural Center Artscape project. These have all benefited the Miramar Community, from young entrepreneurs, youth and all citizens and residents.
